The large black cherry tree on #1 Green has been removed. It was dangerous & rotten inside. We tried to save it these past 2 yrs but it really had to come down. It had potential to hurt someone or the green itself. Plans are to come up with some other marker for your use for shooting for the green.
New one lane bridge to the driving range is open, no more use of the steep hill to the range.
The driving range has a chipping area. It is located forward of the tee to the left. You can work on your chip shots & sand shots right there when the driving range is empty of others. Caution if others are on the tee hitting balls.
Twenty new Yamaha golf cars were purchased late in the season. They have been rotated into the fleet. You're gonna love them!

Airway Meadows G. C. Saratoga Golf Course is conveniently located
half way between Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls, New
York. Airway Meadows can be reached within 15 minutes from either city. Our
location is within a short drive of Lake George. We are an 18 hole championship
course with a par 72, consisting of 6000 yards from the Men’s White Tees. An
additional 427 yards will provide the distance from the championship tees.

Our Saratoga golf course was constructed on 177 acres and includes three
covered bridges, our family owned
public airport
Heber Airpark (K30), and our black angus beef farm within the golf course
area. The mountains in the distance, the mature country setting and the view of
small aircraft landing will welcome you to a course with diversity and challenge
all in a friendly atmosphere. The walking tunnel under Heber
Airpark will shorten the distance for you between #1 green and #2 Tee and
between #7 green and #8 Tee. We call it, "The Tunnel of Love". Four sets of tees
are available to play from. Airway Meadows Golf Club is known in the area for
it's mature, well groomed conditions. A pure delight to play. Built in 1998, it

We listened to your comments
and in 2004 the #10 green was enhanced for your enjoyment. It was widened and
leveled to provide a more receptive surface. The golf ball stays put on the
bent grass surface and does not roll off easily.
Also in 2004 the #11 Green was worked on adding 800 – 1,000 additional square
feet of putting area. It dries out much faster because of the additional drainage
and it has more flat surface area.
Our practice green is right near the #1 tee providing a putting surface for
you to warm up for your short game. Our driving range is easily accessible from
our parking lot. Stop into the pro shop before you go over.
